Before co-founding Lotus Partners and becoming a Banking and Finance Specialist, Christophe Mauron was a senior Hedge Fund Advisor at JP Morgan Private Bank in Geneva. Prior to that, he was heading the traditional department of EIM, managing a CHF 500 mios Fund of Long Only Funds. He started his career as a Fund analyst (traditional and hedge funds). He received a Master in Econometrics from the University of Geneva and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (EFFAS).

Before co-founding Lotus Partners and becoming a Banking and Finance Specialist, Neil Tredinnick was an financial auditor at KPMG, leading international firm providing audit, tax and advisory services. Amongst his clients were Investment Banks, Private Banks, Family Offices, Money Managers, Fund directors and Funds of Funds. Thanks to this experience, he managed to cover the full range of specific activities within the financial sector. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Geneva.

Fabrice Tredinnick started his career as a junior consultant in cabinet specialized in human resources and management where he worked in close collaboration with both a senior consultant and a head hunter. He was then employed by a recruitment agency in Geneva. These different experiences helped him strengthen his knowledge and competences in human resources and recruitment. He is now a recruitment specialist in the sectors of Wealth Planning, Trust Companies and Fiduciary Intermediaries.

Before becoming a recruitment specialist in Banking and Trust & Fiduciary Services, Diana Tissot worked as a lawyer specialized in Trusts at Probus Compagnie SA, an independent management company. Previously she was responsible for the banking and finance sector in a recruitment agency based in Geneva. She was able to develop global knowledge of the banking business and to specialize in recruitment. She holds the “Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management” (STEP) and has a degree in Law from the University of Lausanne.

Nathalie Mac-Kay joined the Lotus Partners team in October 2008 having previously worked in London for Bird & Bird, an international legal firm. Nathalie began her career in Hotel Management working in Switzerland and in Greece. Back in Geneva, she has held administrative posts at Argos Soditic, a European private equity firm, as well as at Christies, the international auction house. Nathalie has also worked in Santiago, Chile, as a freelance translator.
